Shipping and payment

Shipping:

Delivery takes place within Germany and Europe. Shipping to German islands is excluded.

All shipping costs include VAT.

We dispatch daily with DPD and GLS immediately after receipt of payment, unless a different delivery time has been agreed or confirmed. The processing time is usually only one day.

Deliveries within Germany:

From an order value of €200, we deliver free of charge within Germany. Below this amount, the shipping costs within Germany are €8.90.

Deliveries abroad are staggered according to shipping weight:

Region 0 - Denmark, Luxembourg, Austria:

  • up to 9.999 kg = 9.90 euros
  • 10 Kg - 19,999 Kg = 12,90 Euro
  • 20 Kg - 29,999 Kg = 19,90 Euro
  • 30 Kg - 39,999 Kg = 24,90 Euro
  • 40 Kg up to any = 34.90 Euro

Region 1 - Liechtenstein, Hungary, Slovenia:

  • up to 9,999 kg = 9,90 Euro
  • 10 Kg - 19,999 Kg = 12,90 Euro
  • 20 Kg - 29,999 Kg = 19,90 Euro
  • 30 Kg - 39,999 Kg = 29,90 Euro
  • 40 Kg up to any = 34,90 Euro

Region 2 - Bulgaria, Finland, Croatia, Latvia, Norway, Romania, Slovakia, Ireland:

  • up to 9.999 kg = 16.90 euros
  • 10 kg - 19.999 kg = 27.90 euros
  • 20 kg - 39.999 kg = 39.90 euros
  • 40 Kg up to any = 49.90 Euro

Region 3 - Lithuania, Estonia:

  • up to 9,999 Kg = 16,90 Euro
  • 10 Kg - 19,999 Kg = 27,90 Euro
  • 20 Kg - 39,999 Kg = 39,90 Euro
  • 40 Kg to any = 79,90 Euro

Delivery times:

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days after order confirmation (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail when the goods are ready and when you can collect them. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Prepayment by bank transfer

Payment by PayPal (direct debit, direct debit, credit card, purchase on account, payment by instalments):

We prefer payments with PayPal!

Please select PayPal as your payment method; you will then be forwarded directly to PayPal at the end of the order process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can also log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.

As soon as we have received your payment, your order will be dispatched. It usually only takes a few minutes for us to receive a PayPal payment, i.e. the amount is debited at the time of your order.

If you pay for an order via PayPal, you will always receive an order confirmation from us. Please note, however, that in rare cases PayPal may make processing errors over which we have no control.

If you return goods, the amount will be credited back to your PayPal account. You can then decide for yourself whether you want to use the credit on your PayPal account directly with PayPal or transfer it back to your current or credit card account and process it directly with PayPal. We have no influence on this.

Mollie B.V. is a licensed company that processes online payments on behalf of us (Melchers Digital Commerce GmbH). Mollie is responsible for ensuring that your payments reach the merchant in a secure manner. Invoice: The payment term is 30 days from dispatch of the goods/ticket or, in the case of other services, from the provision of the service. Instalment purchase: With Klarna’s financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but no less than EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise specified at checkout.
Instalment payments are due at the end of each month following the dispatch of a monthly invoice by Klarna. Sofort: Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order. Direct debit: The amount will be debited after the goods have been dispatched. You will be notified of the date by email. (Please only list payment methods here that you actually offer.) The use of the payment methods Invoice, Instalment Purchase and Direct Debit is subject to a positive credit check. In this regard, we will forward your data to Klarna for the purposes of address and credit checks as part of the initiation and processing of the purchase contract.

If your bank statement shows Mollie or Stg Mollie Payments, then you have made a payment using one of our payment methods.

Apple Pay

Payments via Apple Pay are processed via our payment service provider Mollie. You need a valid Apple Pay account.

KBC/CBC Payment

Belgian customers of KBC/CBC Bank can easily pay online via the KBC/CBC payment button.

SEPA bank transfer

The SEPA bank transfer is a secure payment method that has been standardised for the European Union. You can easily make bank transfers from a total of 34 countries.

Giropay

It is supported by over 1,500 banks nationwide. Your bank must support this payment method. You may need to have it activated.

iDeal

Direct payment via iDeal. You need an iDeal account.
