Shipping and payment

Shipping:

Delivery is made within Germany and Europe. Shipping to German islands is excluded.

All shipping costs include statutory VAT.

We ship daily with DPD and GLS immediately after receipt of payment, unless another delivery time has been agreed or confirmed. The processing time is usually only one day.

Deliveries within Germany:

From an order value of 200€ we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany (as long as there is no XXL item in the order items). Below that the shipping costs within Germany are 8.90 €.

Due to the transport dimensions, some items can only be shipped as DPD XL parcel. These items are marked as XXL items accordingly. When shipping XXL items will be charged for each individual XXL item shipping costs of 19.90 €. The free shipping flat rate from 200 € is not applicable if there is an XXL article in the order items.

Deliveries abroad staggered according to shipping weight:

Region 0 - Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Austria, Netherlands:

• up to 9,999 Kg = 8,90 Euro
• 10 Kg - 19,999 Kg = 12,90 Euro
• 20 Kg - 29,999 Kg = 19,90 Euro
• 30 Kg - 39,999 Kg = 24,90 Euro
• 40 Kg to any = 34,90 Euro

Region 1 - France, Great Britain, Italy, Liechtenstein:

• up to 9,999 Kg = 12,90 Euro
• 10 Kg - 19,999 Kg = 16,90 Euro
• 20 Kg - 29,999 Kg = 29,90 Euro
• 30 Kg - 39,999 Kg = 39,90 Euro
• 40 Kg to any = 49,90 Euro

Region 2 - Bulgaria, Finland, Croatia, Latvia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland:

• up to 9,999 Kg = 16,90 Euro
• 10 Kg - 19,999 Kg = 27,90 Euro
• 20 Kg - 39,999 Kg = 39,90 Euro
• 40 Kg to any = 49,90 Euro

Region 3 - Lithuania, Estonia:

• up to 9,999 Kg = 16,90 Euro
• 10 Kg - 19,999 Kg = 27,90 Euro
• 20 Kg - 39,999 Kg = 39,90 Euro
• 40 Kg to any = 79,90 Euro

Delivery times:

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, delivery of the goods in Germany will be made within 3 - 5 days, for foreign deliveries within 5 - 7 days after order confirmation (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

In the case of self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the provision of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Prepayment by bank transfer

Payment by PayPal (direct, direct debit, credit card, purchase on account, installment):

We prefer payments with PayPal!

Select PayPal as payment method, then you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the ordering process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can also log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.

As soon as we have received the payment, your delivery will be sent on its way. Usually it takes only a few minutes until a PayPal payment is received by us, i.e. the amount is debited at the time of your order.

If you pay an order via PayPal, you will always receive an order confirmation from us. Please note, however, that in rare cases there may be processing errors on the part of PayPal, on which we have no influence.

If you return goods, the amount will be credited back to your PayPal account. Whether you then want to continue to use the credit on your PayPal account directly at PayPal or transfer back to your checking or credit card account, you can decide for yourself and process directly at PayPal. We have no influence on this.

Payment via the payment provider Mollie:

Mollie B.V. is a licensed company that executes online payments on behalf of us (MK Handels GmbH). Mollie is responsible for ensuring that your payments reach the merchant in a secure manner. If your bank statement shows the transcription Mollie or Stg Mollie Payments, then you have made a payment with one of our payment methods.

Klarna Invoice is a payment method of the Swedish company Klarna. With the Klarna Pay Later payment principle, you can pay your invoice within 14 days, starting from the date of purchase.

Klarna Installment Purchase offers you the greatest possible flexibility when paying.

Credit card

If your bank statement shows the rewrite Mollie or Stg Mollie Payments, then you have made a payment with one of our payment methods.

Apple Pay

Payments via Apple Pay are processed through our payment service provider Mollie. You will need a valid Apple Pay account.

KBC/CBC Payment

Belgian customers of the KBC/CBC bank pay conveniently online via the KBC/CBC payment button.

SEPA bank transfer

The SEPA bank transfer is a secure payment method that has been standardized for the European Union. You can easily make bank transfers from a total of 34 countries.

Giropay

Supported by over 1,500 banks nationwide. Your bank must support this payment method. You may need to have it activated.

iDeal

Direct payment via iDeal. You need an iDeal account.

Przelewy24

Fast payment and uncomplicated. Pay instantly through Przelewy24.

Bancontact

Bancontact, formerly known as Mister Cash, is a payment method that allows you to make online transfers in Belgium.

eps bank transfer

The eps-Überweisung refers to a payment method developed jointly by several Austrian banks.
